Algae Pond

Algae Pond is a five-foot module almost entirely covered in woods. In the middle, a clearing opens up around a small, very green pond, which gives the module its name. BN green paint from Polly Scale was mixed into the resin to give the pond its typical algae bloom look. All that fertilizer from the nearby farm fields must have been the culprit.

Behind the trees there’s a double main, a third track that joins it near one end, and a crossover between the mains near the other. This leads into the interlocking at Tower A68. The turnouts are Atlas Code 55 #10s.
