Atlas has announced Master N ACF Coalveyor bathtub gondolas as part of its Spring 2026 HO & N catalog. The run covers new paint schemes on the existing Master Coalveyor tooling.
Road names on the Atlas listing include David J. Joseph (DJJX), Hampton Capital (SWIX), The Tie Yard of Omaha (TYOX), Nebraska Public Power (NPPX), Sullivan Scrap Metal (EAMX), Transload America (TLAX), and Wisconsin Public Service (WEPX). Most roads are offered in three road numbers. Atlas lists a die-cast chassis, interior bracing, removable coal load, brake detail, 100-ton roller-bearing trucks, AccuMate couplers, and ready-to-run finish.
ACF built Coalveyor bathtub gons in the 1980s for unit-train coal service to power plants, usually lettered for the utilities that leased or owned them. Many later moved into scrap and C&D debris service.
Pre-order deadline for the Spring 2026 catalog items is April 15, 2026. Atlas’s production schedule points to 4th Quarter 2026 delivery.
